Our 3 step process keeps you in complete control while not interrupting your life.
STEP 1
Initial Meeting
The initial meeting consists of going over your architectural plans and discussing your vision for your build. (If you do not already have plans drawn up, we can recommend an architect to help.) During the meeting we discuss the specifics of your plans, your time frame, and your budget. We then use all of this information to create a detailed proposal that will get us started.
STEP 2
Building Phase
Once we have all the permits issued, we begin the building phase of your job. During this time, we ask that you pick out the materials for your home including the tile, countertops, cabinets, bathroom accessories, flooring, and paint. This ensures we are ready for the final phase of your job once we complete the initial build. The building phase is also the time to make any final changes to your initial plans. *We are always available to help make recommendations and assist in any way we can with picking out and purchasing materials.
STEP 3
Final Phase
Completing your job includes putting all the finishing touches on your home from the flooring to the fixtures and paint. We make sure all the finest details are completed with craftmanship and detailed attention to your specifications. Presenting you with the home of your dreams is more than our job… it’s our passion.
